The issue involved in the present application cannot be decided finally in absence of the decision in terms of the order dated 16.05.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 929 of 2016. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority to take appropriate decision in terms of the order dated 16.05.2018 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
