The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 267 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code as the informant has not disclosed anything about the petitioner. He has not played any role in the entire occurrence. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.05.2020.
