Taking into consideration nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with POSCO 04 of 2015 arising out of Mohania P.S. case no. 65/2015 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected.

However, the learned trial court must conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.
