Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some stolen currency was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that she has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 22.09.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
