The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 406, 417, 420, 327, 396 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took money from him for executing a sale deed but the petitioner neither executed the sale deed nor returned the money. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The informant did not give the entire money. The petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2015. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is in the habit of making money by such tactics. Yadav, J.M. 1st Class, Motihari, Distt. East Champaran in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 327 of 2014.
