Petitioner is not named and it appears that in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and later on, petitioner also confessed his guilt.

It appears that except the above stated confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K.
