Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 363, 365, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POSCO Act.
The FIR would reveal that the male accused persons allegedly kidnapped to the daughter of the informant forcefully. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that co-accused Hemant Kumar wanted to forcefully marry with her that's why she was kidnapped. She has alleged nothing against the petitioners. Name of the petitioners, who are female, had transpired in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6047 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 confessional statement of co-accused before the police. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur Police Station Case No.336 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
