The 14th Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari reported that eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined but the victim/informant and the investigating officer are yet to be examined and, therefore, the trial could not be concluded.

The S.P., East Champaran, Motihari is directed to produce the investigating officer and the victim/informant of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 560 of 2015, so that the trial must be concluded within two months. Let a copy of this order be sent to the S.P., East Champaran, Motihari as well as the 14th Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari for needful.
