JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No. 116 of 2017 registered under Sections 201 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter was married 20 years back with the brother of the petitioner and it is alleged that she was killed and dead body was discreetly disposed of. It is contended that petitioner is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased and their marriage was solemnized 20 years back and the petitioner was living separately and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manoj Mallik, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11970 of 2018 (3) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017.
