Petitioner is an accused in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 as well as Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with
