Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner was apprehended at the spot on suspicion that he was attempting to change the ATM card of a lady consumer at the ATM booth.
Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.12.2017. There is no material in the case diary which is available with the record.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8793 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banka Police Station Case No. 811 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
