Petitioner is an accused in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1740 of 2021. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.06.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
