Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,120(B), 121(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16,17,18,19,20,21,22 of U.P.A. Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Arjun Kora has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19284 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T.No.443 of 2017 (arising out of Sono P.S.Case No.119 of 2017), subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
