Petitioner is an accused in connection with Excise Case No. 1204 of 2020 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 370 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.09.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with
