The recovery of the theft property, i.e., the motorcycle was made from the house of the petitioner on the basis of the statement of a co-accused.

Submission is that that co-accused has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the recovery of the theft article from this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the above named petitioner on bail. Prayer is dismissed in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.191 of 2015 pending in the court of CJM, Araria.
