The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the disclosure made by the co-accused Ahmad Raja during investigation that the petitioner was one of the thieves involved in stealing the truck of the informant, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.708 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
