Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S.Case No.124 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have strangulated the son of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the postmortem report does not support the prosecution case as no external injury was found on the person of the injured as the injury is not clear and for that the viscera has been preserved. FIR itself shows that there is money transaction between the parties, as such he has been falsely

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S.Case No.124 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and of the bailors should be local one.
