He submits that now the issue stands settled by a Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8226 of 2014 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2 / 2 & C. M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695.
That being so, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail his remedies before the appropriate forum.
