The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 379, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 and 21 of the M.M.D.R. Act, 1957, 4, 40 of the Bihar Mining Mineral Concession Rule 1972, 3, 8(D) of the Bihar Minerals (Prevention of illegal Mining Transportation Storage) Rules, 2003.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.668 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already deposited the entire alleged amount of Rs.31,500/- in the office of District Mining Officer, Vaishali, Hajipur on 01.11.2017 vide Demand Draft No.941674, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
