The petitioner is not named in the FIR of Sherghati P.S.Case No.242 of 2014 under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was never put on test identification parade in spite of being in custody since 06.02.2015 and no recovery was made from him. His own confession is the reason for his incarceration.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal recognizance bond of Rs.500/- (five hundred) without any surety to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya in the above noted case.
