Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased by Gupti and earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.No.43476 of 2015. The trial court has reported that the trial of the petitioner has already commenced and up till now, six prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 3 of 2015, arising out of Barharia P.S.case No. 304 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan, stands again rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial
