Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354-B, 376, 511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while refuting the allegation, submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the allegation against the petitioner that he attempted to commit rape and also assaulted the informant with bad intention, the prayer for bail is refused. Accordingly, this application for bail is rejected with a direction to the petitioner to surrenders before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47307 of 2019(5) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 for regular bail within a period of six weeks, the court below will consider the case of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced to the order of this Court.
