====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

In view of the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58817 of 2021, the petitioners, who are students, and having clean antecedent, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Malsalami P. S. Case No.120 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
