1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 999 of 2022 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 07.07.2023 and 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 24396 of 2023 and 17246 of 2023 respectively, as contained in Annexure nos. 2 and 3 to the bail application.

4. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 999 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
