Case No. 127 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner is said to have arranged forged bail bond and petitioner was one of the members of the gang assembled under a Pipal tree. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29300 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 that other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 21410 of 2015.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
