The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present, even though he is in custody since 20th March, 2016. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, before whom Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 is
