The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 691 of 2017, a case under Section 304(B), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the marriage of the victim was solemnized eight years back. Hence, presumption of dowry death is not there. The husband of the victim is already in custody. The petitioner is mother-in-law and she is in custody since 02.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1273 of 2018 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Phulwarisharif Police Station Case No. 691 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
