The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was apprehended with a loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges for which petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about ten months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Birpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014.
