JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 396 & 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that culprits were taking names of each others and, subsequently, one Balram Baitha was arrested and made his confessional statement, disclosing the name of petitioners but admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against them.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20965 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Doriganj P.S.
