The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioners and Jitendra Sah were agent of non-banking company and they insured the informant but when the informant went to demand money from Jitendra Sah, Ram Niwas, the petitioner No.2 abused him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ram Niwas Sah filed Complaint Case No.299 of 2015 against Chandrashwar Sah, the informant. The informant did not file any papers to show that the petitioners ever insured the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai, District-Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2017 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
