The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1b)a, 26(2), 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered for that he is in jail since 12.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dharmendra Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.
