The petitioner seeks bail in Brahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his house one loaded country made pistol, one loaded rifle and 24 cartridges were recovered for that he is in jail since 22.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six and half months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28773 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No. 26/2015.
