The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under section 30a/38a Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the allegation of recovery of 1000 liters of foreign liquor from the tractor and the petitioner is the owner of the said tractor, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
