One cartridge and some ornaments etc. were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but having more or less similar allegation, one coaccused, namely Surendra Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail whereas; the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30-11-2013.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri Atulvir Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Madhubani. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
