The petitioner is said to have given repeated dagger blows to the informant but Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that the informant sustained simple injuries. The petitioner is in jail custody since 17-03-2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 356 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
