JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, investigation has been concluded and a charge-sheet has been filed but he is not satisfied with the filing of the charge-sheet only under some of the provisions of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to pursue his remedy for
