2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the FIR, altogether 11 persons, including the petitioners, have

No.49228 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/3 been named and only two persons, the informant and her husband, are said to have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence, whose injury reports' copies have been filed with this petition as Annexure-P-2 series and the same shows that the informant sustained simple injuries in the nature of abrasion and scratch while her husband sustained four injuries, out of which, one being a hairline fracture of the navicular bone of the left foot, has been opined to be grievous in nature but the said injury has not been found on his vital part. It is further submitted that co-accused Sikandar Yadav has been specifically alleged to have assaulted the informant and her husband and the investigation has been completed and during the investigation, the petitioners were released on their personal bonds by the police and after the submission of the chargesheet, the trial court has taken cognizance of the alleged offences involving non-bailable offences, therefore, the petitioners have apprehension of their arrest.
4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioners.
5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking note of the nature of the allegation appearing against the petitioners, coupled with their fair and clean antecedent and completion of the investigation against them, this Court is

Accordingly, let all the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 120 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
