JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to exclude the name of members of Parasiya village from the voters' list of Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Society (PACS), Laheri, inter alia, on the ground that after the notification issued by the Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, vide Memo No. 949, dated 05.04.2013, the Parasiya village has been included in Kochas Nagar Panchayat. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation on 13.07.2020, before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2777 of 2021(2) dt.10-08-2021 2/2 District Co-operative officer, Rohtas, Sasaram, in this matter, but the matter is still pending and no final decision has been taken by the respondent no. 4.

On the other hand, learned Counsel for the State submits that since the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondent no. 4, he may be directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner within a prescribed period.

Having regard to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the respondent no. 4 is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner (Annexure-3) in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
