The petitioner is in custody in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017, a case under Sections 380, 411 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft of laptop and mobile is against un-known.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2017. Investigation is complete now. The petitioner was never put on T.I. parade. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He has clean antecedent. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.

No.11093 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarnagar Police Station Case No. 89 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
