The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.343 of 2020 registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
