The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 121/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 1,47,000/- on the pretext of providing job of Class II in the Railway Department but the petitioner neither returned the money nor provided any job to the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail for last 14 months. The petitioner did not receive any money from the informant.

On the other hand, Sri Ranjan Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is in the habit of cheating and two more cases of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32754 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 same nature are registered against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for 14 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 121/2014.
