2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Navinagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have shot dead the husband of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, informant wants to grab the land of petitioner. The petitioner is residing in Chhattisgarh Bazar and doing business. The deceased and the petitioner are step brothers.

5. Counsel for the informant however vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50819 of 2023(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and as per the FIR, petitioner is the sole assailant of the deceased.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
