2. The present application has been preferred for noncompliance of the order dated 08.04.2021 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 385 of 2021 whereby the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct the respondent to take appropriate decision within a period of six weeks.
3. A show cause has been filed by the opposite party
Patna High Court MJC No.1841 of 2021(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 annexing the order dated 27.08.2021 by which the Remission Board rejected the proposal for premature release of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said order.
5. Granting said liberty, the present petition (MJC No. 1841 of 2021) stands disposed of.
