The petitioner seeks bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 80/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 327 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have cheated the informant on the pretext of providing job to his daughter. It is alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 30,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not take any amount from the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 80/2015.
