The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 17 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 33, 41, 72 of the Indian Forest Act (Bihar Amendment 1990) and under Sections 2, 27, 24, 31 and 51 of the Wild life (Protection) Act, 1972 (Amendment 2006).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are owner of the trolley, which was found at the spot and it was being driven by the driver, The petitioners, therefore, cannot be connected with the case. Learned counsel further submits that the incident is reported after much delay. I have considered the submissions, taking into

No.3314 of 2021(5) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 consideration the aforesaid aspects, the petitioners does not found at the spot, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
