The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28267 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2014, charges have been framed in this case on 04.12.2015 and up-till-now no prosecution witness has been examined.
The learned APP seriously opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21516 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 with Sessions Trial No. 713/2015/534A/2015 (arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014).
However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months keeping the same on priority basis.
