JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The present case has been lodged merely on suspicion. Neither the stock register nor the distribution register was examined by the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56739 of 2017(2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
