Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25820 of 2015 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Bagaha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that the motorcycle of the informant was robbed by some unknown thieves.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 30.01.2015 and 31.01.2015 respectively and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015.
