The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the seizure list was not served upon any family members of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.57829 of 2017 (2) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
