2. This is the 2nd Attempt on behalf of the petitioner for anticipatory bail in connection with Regular Case No. RC 0922019S0008 dated 16.01.2019, under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 34 of the IPC, Section 75 of the JJ Act, Section 8 of the POCSO Act, and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, arising out of Turkaulia (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 499/2018 dated 04.08.2018, pending before the Ld. Court of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar.

3. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 22613 of 2020 dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59265 of 2024(7) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 16.03.2021.

4. The petitioner has preferred this application for anticipatory bail after 3 years of its rejection. In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Anr reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. At this stage, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner Mrs. Nivedita Nirvikar submits that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is going to take place on 11.03.2026.

6. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below on 16.03.2026 and seek regular bail, failing which the Joint Director, CBI, Bihar and Jharkhand will take all steps for the arrest of the petitioner.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Joint Director, CBI, Patna Bihar and Ranchi, Jharkhand through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
